It is a well cared for complex. They have an excellent maintenance crew that fixes anything that needs fixing in an timely manner. The landscape is very beautiful and redone every year. I would recommend this complex to anyone that needs a nice place to live.

It is peaceful, though there is very limited parking for residents and visitors.

the staff is friendly, have great neighbors, everything is well cared for, close to in fact can easily walk to shopping, could use better soundproofing, but all in all this is a nice place to live and i figure noise from neighbors is part of apartment living. I relocated and picked this apartment sight unseen from the internet and feel I've made a good choice.

Its, a great place to live, no dangerous areas, nice neighborhood, safe. But the pet deposit is absurd, 300 is WAY to much to pay for a pet, when most people didn't even pay 100 to buy thier pets. Not a pet friendly place, yes they allow pets, but that deposit makes the place not pet friendly

Paddock Place itself is decent. But, there are also downfalls on it. The noise levels can be controlled by no other then the office. We have made complaints and nothing has been fixed. Atleast possibly send out letters to everyone about a warning or some sort would be nice , so maybe the ones who are rude and blare their music at anytime of the night might realize its inappropriate for apartment living. OTHER THEN THAT: the community is great. Everyone is nice. The office workers and maintenance is great. Paddock also offers a nice pool for the hot days, and a gym to get your body fit ;) . I would recommend Paddock to anyone who is looking for a place to live when they dont have far to much money. Paddock is affordable and comfortable to live at. PROS- nice living area, pool, gym, affordable price. CONs- noise complaints should be tooken a little bit more seriously, (OFFICE: PLEASE ENFORCE THAT!!). Hopefully, once the noise problem is solved this would be one of the best apartments to rent.

Paddock Place is in my opinion very over-priced, and the pool isnt always well mantained, but its close to mall and walmart, so its a pretty good location. The laundry room is nice and pretty cheap, just not always kept very clean, and I think the gym is awesome but a little played up in the ads. I think the closed parking lot is a good idea in theory, but its just kind of silly that I end up spending 5 to 20 extra dollars on my rent every month because a friend ran off with my parking pass. The managment team is the best, most helpful, caring, and willing to work with you people I've ever lived under. In all honesty I would believe that the pros out-weigh the cons at Paddock and would continue to live here, but the rent is simple just way to high.

I would tell them that it is a great community to live in. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. It IS an apartment complex, so don't expect perfection. But it is a great community and the rates are lovely.

It is cheap and nice no real problems .
